The hotel itself is excellent, located near "El Tubo," the gastronomic district in Zaragoza. The hotel's breakfasts are excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip.

One Night in Zaragoza
The bed and pillows were very firm. Thankfully, we were only here for one night, or that might have created a problem: a large room and a large bathroom.
It is a very walkable location with numerous shopping and restaurant options.

Lovely but don’t bring your pets!
Hotel was lovely-as listed. However when we arrived with our service dog we were told that dogs are never allowed-not even service dogs. Since I had prepaid the res. and since I was able to show her the listing which showed that service animals were ok, they accommodated us. All else was great including the location which was close to everything.

Uncomfortably hot room. On a 27C (~80F) day, we were told that the air-conditioning has been switched OFF for Winter, and forced heat has been put ON. There was no option to turn OFF the heat either.
Our only choice was to sleep with the window wide open. Unfortunately, with the room facing a busy street with high traffic and noise until late into the night, it made our stay quite unpleasant.

Easy to find and totally walkable to Cathedral de san Salvador and basilica del Pilar. We had a car and the car park was directly below the hotel.

Getting to the parking garage was a bit tricky, and the spaces were quite tight. But it was right beloe the hotel in an area where street parking would be impossible. The hotel was great. So great, in fact, that we stayed there again a week later on our way back through the city.

Nice updated room. Nothing fancy but very clean and located in a perfect spot convenient to attractions, shops and restaurants.
Staff was great and the value was excellent!
Parking instructions would have been helpful prior to check-in as there are a lot of one-way streets. It’s a bit work but was worth the effort to take the elevator straight to the hotel.
Thank you!
