Clean, but not enough towels. No products for skin or makeup removal. Air was ok, shower pressure weak, like a rain shower, and be careful if you have kids. At one point the shower did not have warm water at all and was completely hot..like way too hot, even at the lowest setting. The horrible surprise was $50 per day parking. This should be stated on the main details page. The parking is $23 if you never leave the garage during your stay...totally ridiculous. The breakfast is nice, and costs $11 per person. Room service menu limited and highway robbery. Better off to door dash something. They did have refrigerators, which was a nice surprise, but the coffee makers were those glorified tea bags things. Bring instant coffee if you can stand it, because there is no complimentary coffee there and a regular cup of coffee will set you back $4.50!!

It's clear that the hotel is recovering from something (fire across the street?) and is doing a great job of it. There's a bit of a maze to find one group of rooms, and the signage is ok, but could use tweaking. The desk personnel are great, but all need to be aware of the status things (one said the bar was open, but it wasn't quite ready for business.) Room was clean, quiet, and comfy - not huge but a perfect size for a night's stay or more.

I reserved two rooms a month in advance, but when I arrived at 6:30 PM to check in, one of the rooms was still not ready, which was frustrating. The food was extremely disappointing—everything seemed frozen and lacked freshness, and the quality definitely did not match the high prices. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There were visible stains on the bedspread, the mattress we very worn and uncomfortable and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I ended up cleaning it myself just to feel comfortable staying there. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the lack of cleanliness, poor food quality, and disorganized check-in process.

Only spent 1 night the room was clean , the staff friendly, but was not able to have a restful nights sleep because there was an intermitting noise coming from the air vent. After a 13 hour flight and 3 hour wait in the custom line I just wanted to sleep. I had a room with no windows. I didn't know and felt that should have been mentioned in the details. I wouldn't have booked such a room.

It's a nice hotel and overall the it was a nice experience. I will not stay there again, though, because of the parking garage. The payment mechanism is faulty. It is slow processing credit cards, and while I would wait for my receipt to print out the gate would close and I would have to request assistance. Meanwhile a long line would form behind me waiting to get out. It happened several times. I would rather not start out the day in a state of aggravation. So for that reason alone, I will choose some other hotel for any upcoming trips.

Nice hotel. This stay was for a concert at Sofi. So it was close enough to get there. Close to the airport and there is a shuttle. Perfect location for all that was happening.
