My stay at the Hilton began with an insane long line to check-in. When I finally got to the counter, I was told my reservation had been cancelled. It took 20 minutes of phone calls to various managers to get it straightened out. That didnt cause me any stress at all... one elevator was out order and it was a good 15 minute wait, sometimes longer, everytime we took an elevator. We were on the 12th floor, so a little too far to use the stairs. Other than that, the room was clean, bed and pillows comfy.
