Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was spotless. The only issue was the hypoallergenic pillows were weird.
Lobby and entrance doors may need some attention.
We get the subtle elegance .. but maybe a little something extra is needed…plants ? seating? Lights ?. I am sure their experts can figure it out.
The front entrance has to live up to the hype of
“ The Ritz”.

Everyone was awesome. One bad experience at front desk. Both my room cards were not working on elevators and rooms. I shared this with front desk worker who was leaving for day and she quickly reset cards. Same thing 10 min later,
Cards not working on lifts and rooms. Another girl up front imsisted my son
Must have latch on door. I checked, it wasn’t and she refused to look into further i.e. log into PC. Weird and rude but all else great.
