Very nice discovery with the big sky hotel! Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but that did not bother us since we wanted to try different areas around chamonix. Fully recommend!!

Very good location , spacious room. Only down side is the toilet, it was small and separated ( in another room) from the shower and basin. I did not like the pillows. But I guess this is personal preference. The room is very clean. And the lady who cleans the room daily tidy it very well. The receptionists are very cooperative and friendly. In summary I recommend the hotel.

Comfortable and spacious rooms and beautiful common areas (games for kids and adults alike, comfortable couches by a fireplace and tv, lovely bar area/breakfast setup, and stunning outdoor space). The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, answering all our questions and handling an issue very quickly! And the location is great - only 5-7 min drive from a lot of the restaurants in Chamonix and the gondola. Highly recommend this hotel!
