The lady was way nice checking us in. Shower was covered in hair. Hole in ceiling in bathroom. Smelled like skunt weed really bad in the whole hotel we had a non smoking room that smelled of pot. Beds are hard not very comfy. There was no continental breakfast at all when we kept checking. Definitely needs cleaned n updated. Pretty run down. For people who suffer allergies or migraines this is not the best choice with the dust n smoke smell.

Disappointed

Hotel is dated, room was clean though and the staff friendly and helpful. My largest complaint is that there was no hot water, just above cold! Thought it was due to being evening, yet at 4:30 am when I got going and showered the water was still just above cold.

Stay the hell away from that Motel

Stay away from thst motel. I should have read the reviews. Usually we liked Super8 unfortunately that is the second time we had a terrible experience. Super8 lowered their standards dramatically. No service. So called superstart Breakfast from 6-9. AT 8:30 no coffee and when asked the employee just turned around and went back in his room to bed. To open the room door you dislocated you shoulder, because it was stuck. Clean questionable Just a terrible . experience. I will never ever stay in a Super8

Beds only good thing about the room, air/heat unit didn't regulate temperature, TV remote didn't work, toilet kept refilling tank all night long, exhaust fan very noisy, took 10 minutes for hot water, very limited breakfast, staff not present, room price over phone was twice online booking price. Never will stay there again.

We were not pleased with the front desk person. He was NOT pleasant. There was no breakfast this morning. The room was okay, needed updating and the air conditioner/heater did not work very well. The outside of the hotel needs help-it needs work to make it more pleasant looking. The back of the hotel was filled with old tables etc. it looked horrible! We would not ever stay there again!

Not bad but not good

The USB port plugs for charging your phone did not work at all. I found out in the morning that one of the light switches controls the fridge and my food went bad. The fridge also had a horrible smell to it. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Upon check out there was no one to talk to at the desk to confirm check out. All they had was a little basket that said: key cards here please. In my opinion if you're going to do that at least put a sign that says: For check out please put key cards here. So that we can be assured that it is considered checking out. As I was pressed for time I had to trust that putting my key card in that basket was all that was needed and I was not going to be charged anymore. Overall I probably will not stay here again.
