Amazing in every way
Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was so clean, the staff was so friendly and courteous, the breakfast was yummy, and the beds were so comfy. We will definitely be visiting again. Also the night reception was so nice and the location is great to walk around downtown Columbus.

The location was perfect right in the middle of Downtown and many places to eat and drink. The service was friendly across the board! Shout outs to Dan, Natasha, kitchen staff and Restaurant Bartender Journie she was cordial and took cafe of us (regular bar). Clean room.. Food at the Happy Hour was not bad, the offering of wine and free cocktails were just basic. I understand they cannot give away premium brands. The pool was warm but not quite warm enough due to the extreme cold they were having. Hot tub was closed that was a bit of a bummer. All in all a great satay and would come back again..
