First I am a sick person I am having problems with my stomach I cant be arguing so I booked this reservation for my family and than I recieved an email saying ONLY USA CITIZENS OR REDIDENTS can have that price if is not the case EACH PERSON PER NIGHT has to pay MORE So I called right away hotels.com to get a refund because ny families are all dominicans The customer service said that the department was closed to call the next day So next day I called and I was in the phone for an hour to get my money back than the representative said they spoke to the hotel AND THERE WAS NO REFUND BUT will allow my family in SO UPSETTING MAKING ME DO ALL THAT IS ILLIGAL TO CHARGE ONE GROUP A PRICE ANOTHER GROUP ANOTHER That’s discrimination So finally my family goes AND SAID FOOD IS HORRIBLE

Por alguna situación tuve un cargo inesperado en el hotel. Resulta que el hotel indicó que le habían reservado para dos infantes (menor a 3 años), pero en mi reservación había aclarado que eran dos niños, una de 3 años y otra de 6 años. En definitiva, tuve que pagar unos 105 dólares adicionales por mi niña de 6 años cuando lo había indicado en la reservación. Ellos me pidieron una evidencia de que yo habia colocado la información correcta, pero en la factura que me comparten en Hotels.com esa información no se verifica. Necesito tener una explicación sobre que aconteció con la reserva, ya que había colocado la información de la edad de mis hijas correctamente, pero el resort no lo tenia correcto. Tuve que pagar 105 dólares adicionales.

First room i had - TV didnt work - asked them to check it - took 24 hours and 5 times asking at the reception till they told me it is not repairable and the offered another room. The second room had water dripping from the ceiling in the middle of the room, as well as under the air conditioner outlet, in the bath room over the sink and water came out somewhere around the toilet bowl. With all this dripping the smell in the room was terrible.

We stayed at Cofresi Palm for one night. Room was old with rusty tub and no hot water. No working remote for tv and check in and out were very frustrating and crazy inefficient. At least 15 minutes per check in with a very long line. Was a last minute reservation with little info. We would never return to or recommend this property.

would highly recommend going to a different resort, we have been to over 20 different resorts this by far was the worse, beach sucks, there are no chairs directly on the beach the ocean was murky all week, no snorkeling there could not see your feet in knee deep water. food was mediocre at best, and for a buffet very limited.

We stayed at the lifestyle tropical resort from 25 Jan to 8 Feb. We arrived to the resort and We were given a room that was unacceptable. These are the reasons it was unacceptable: no shower door, shower glass cracked, shower control broken, bug in the bathroom, bathroom not clean, couch broke when I sat on it, the room not clean, tv outdated with no option for streaming, extremely dusty, very noisy surroundings, and no WiFi. I reported the issues the same night and I was told to return in the morning. I contacted hotels.com and they assisted. The next day I was told I would get another room and I explained I wasn’t going to get a room on the same level because I would check out. We were given a new room up to the standards of daily living. Then I was told the WiFi wasn’t available because the technician was working on it. After a day or so, we were locked out of our room. I reported to the customer service desk and there was no reason why our keys didn’t work. Next the WiFi was available for purchase but it wasn’t explained that it will only work for one device for the price. And you cannot share as a hotspot. This wasn’t explained early on or in the description online. Therefore it wasn’t available as described. Then we were locked out of the room again the next week and we were told it was because someone programmed the key wrong. Throughout the stay there was very little hot water in the shower and at times the water was shut off. The service was horrible. Do not stay!
