Worst Hotel Experience
The room was not clean; dirty towels, clogged sink, hair on the bathroom floor, hair and sludge in the tub drain. The shower curtain rod was broken and held up by a toilet paper holder. The fridge was broken, the phone in the room didn't work, and the tv remote was dead. There was no staff or management available at the property in the evening to address my issues. I was told, from the checkin Kiosk that a manager would be in before 8am the next morning. The next morning I asked for the manager, I was told I had to wait until after 2pm for the manager. The morning staff sent maintenance to fix the issues I informed them about and someone to clean the room. They fixed the shower rod, unclogged the sink drain, cleaned out the tub drain, and replaced towels but, they left the hair on the floor, the fridge and phone were still broke. The staff also left the door open to my room with all my personal items. Luckily, nothing was taken. The manager talked with me about the issues, apologized, and moved me to a new room that had no phone, no clock, wires sticking out of the wall, and torn curtains. I informed the manager of the issues right away with the new room. He said he would get the wires covered up and have a phone and clock brought to the room. The manager never did and left for the night with no staff at the property. My compensation for all the issues, besides getting moved into a new room, $30 back. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Especially the one in Page, AZ.
