Overall it was just your average motel. The staff was always very friendly and welcoming .we stayed three nights and for the most part it was very quiet except our last night there bc we was on the second floor and had people above us doing ur usual stomping around. They had a great choice of different grab and go type breakfast options and juice coffee and ice water. The only thing we had a problem with is that even though it looked cleaned it was only surface or spot cleaning . When u really got to looking we kind of got grossed out . And it seems like they were trying to cover up a stench that we really couldnt figure out what it was but it was masked by smell good stuff.

Hotel is ok but a long way fro quiet
Location is convenient to the casino. However, I think there are some long time tenants in the hotel that are constantly opening and closing doors. If I counted, the door to the room next door opened and slammed 20 times between 7:00 am and 9:00 am. This was after the loud agreement that occurred in the same room the night before, including someone storming out and slamming the door.

We chose to stay here given the limited options on New Years Eve and the close proximity to the casino. The hotel was very dated and looks as if it has not been updated since the early 90’s. That is not a major issue but for the $200 or so we spent for one night, we expected it to be a bit better. The elevator door got stuck mid way but then seemed to be functioning okay later. It was very old and you could feel it jump a bit. Our kids preferred to use the stairs vs the risk of getting stuck. On the morning of departure, we woke up to find a dead roach on the desk. The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. When using the hot water, it would actually flip to start filling the tub because there was not enough pressure to keep the shower on. One positive note is that the internet was pretty decent which is sometimes a challenge in the mountains. Overall, we will not be staying here again.
