Room setup was great, ocean view was amazing. On site restaurant had good food and ice cream. Pots, pans, and plates provided. Close to Rudey Inlet and several other sites.
Balcony door seal let wind through (not a big deal), wall had a gash in it, "living room vent" had mold, staff wasn't helpful when we asked for a 2nd room and their website wouldn't let us book a 2nd room at 11pm.

Overall, my stay was good. However, the floors were very dirty and the humid air from the beach filled the room, which made the floors sticky and caused the dirt to stick to my feet. There were some stains on the sheets. Be prepared to hear traffic and garbage trucks beeping late at night and early morning, as well as motorcycles racing at all hours on Friday and Saturday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was clean and nice to use.

Great Location, great view of the ocean from balcony. The wait staff were super friendly, the rooms were nice, and beds are comfy. the only down fall was the smell of the halls as the carpets are filled with dander and smell incredibly bad and intensifies with the heat. Remove the carpets please for your next renovation:)

Stayed one night while visiting family in the area. Room was as expected with no issues. Would loved to have enjoyed the pool area and taken advantage of the massage service but did not have time. Would stay again when returning to the area.

Cute Family Getaway
my family and I enjoyed our stay. We only experienced a slight issue with the elevator taking forever, but that was to be expected due to the high volume in summer guests. The other issue was our balcony door did not close all the way and had a crack in it, we were on the 6th floor, so didn't press the issue. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing and friendly. The pizza shop below us was amazing and had great wings! Walk to beach was convenient and easy. 8/10

I was expecting a lot worse actually especially after reading all the reviews but room was cleaner than most other hotels in the area. Check in check was quick and easy. You can't beat the price for the amenities +fully stocked kitchen, location and space.
Hotel is near everything. I would stay again.
