Getting tired, both the room and me.
Service was good. That’s the high point. Paid parking only is annoying, tired rooms is even more so. Too cold and heater didn’t work is really annoying and the mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. In terms of cleanliness it wasn’t bad but a lot of the lesser used top surfaces had accumulations of dust. The main problem for me was that it didn’t feel safe. All rooms have external doors and there are no chains that I could see. Add that to the nasty mattress and I got about 3 hours sleep in total.

Stayed for 2 nights at a good price, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and springy bed, also at 2.30pm on Thursday 27th March the fire alarm sounded few times which was a shock I assume it was for testing the alarm

Very much a motel vibe. Can’t complain for the price I suppose but be aware that it’s very basic. Bathroom tiles were stained. Overall accommodation block reminded me of an inner city tower block of flats.

Will not be returning. Staff were rude, the room was filthy, stains on the carpet, stained tiles, walk past the staff saying morning and either get grunted at or ignored. The main bin outside never got emptied, there was food overflowing out of it. Meant to be fog friendly you pay £15 a night extra and they don't allow dogs in the restaurant. People clearly doing drugs on the site, staff see it and turn a blind eye. Worst place I have ever stayed at.

Been staying here for a few years when working in Liverpool. The venue has always felt a little run down but worth while for price. This stay the hotel feels like it’s had a bit of a spruce up however and much more quiet clientele. Positive improvements
