Pet stay fee is excessive IMHO
I was disappointed right off the bat after telling the check in clerk we had a pet(dog) with us and was told I would be charged $35/night. This is almost double what I am used to paying. I went ahead and stayed the 2 nights but I won't ever be back. I guess the big problem I have(and most all other hotels have the same problem) is that the nightly pet stay fee is not displayed anywhere on the Baymont Georgetown website, at least that I could find.

It was a good place but we woke up to take showers and fix our hair and there was no hot water.. we had to miss that part of our important day. I did ask for a refund back. I’m waiting to see if they make it right.

Had to stay somewhere during the recent snowstorm so booked this Baymont. Check in was easy and staff was courteous. Room is just what we needed, clean and no issues with any items within the room, no issues during the stay. Breakfast was good and well appreciated as we had to drive through some snow showers this day and made it so we could hit the road early.

NEVER AGAIN
I was quite disappointed with this hotel. We mainly booked it due to it having a hot tub in the room. However, the hot tub would not turn on due to the button being pushed in. Leatha, front desk worker, told us that she'd contact her manager and maintenance and get back to us. We waited for 2 hours then we went to the front desk to find Leatha sitting on the couch next to the desk watching TV. We asked about the hot tub and she said she was still waiting to hear back. She did not offer to change rooms, a discount, or the respect to follow up with us. We sat in the room and waited 2 additional hours before finally going to sleep. So, we didn't even leave for dinner in fear we'd miss the maintenance worker. Besides the broken hot tub, the king bed sheets had black smudges on them; no clue what it was. The loveseat had brown caked on stains all over the back of it. When we went to breakfast at 7:05 AM, there wasn't any eggs and the sausage patties were like hockey pucks. We have stayed at Baymont many times and never had issues. When we checked out the lady said we had to wait until 8 or 830 to get any compensation or file any complaints. The manager, Rita, emailed me stating that all she could do was give me a 10% discount; however, it has been 13 days since she said this and still have never received anything. Do no stay here - it was a total waste of money and the staff obviously don't understand how to respect customers or follow up on promises made.
This is the hot tub with the missing button on the corner of the tub.
This is the love seat with brown caked on stuff on the back of the cushion and down the back of the couch.

Just pick another hotel in the area
Booked hot tub room but hot tub did not work. No maintenance to repair no other room to put me in. Check in was at 3pm however my room was not available until 5pm and still was not fully cleaned properly. And worse of all they had roaches. I would recommend best western across the street, this ain’t the place. And no manager on duty either day so we were stuck paying full price and no remedy.
