Early check inn

The standard quality of service in lMexico is excellent pretty much everywhere, you can say that service is great to fantastic. This was not the case at NH Histórico. Or at least was the receptionist at the counter to be more specific. Got there early and the room was available for an extra fee for early check in. I find this to be a terrible policy and personally this practice would definitely affect my choice for future. Of course I complained at this policy and I received a rude and sarcastic answer.

It was not our first time here but the first with this brand. We loved it because from the time you arrive till you leave they make you feel like you’re the most important guest ever. Location is excellent a block away from the main plaza. They are pet friendly just be aware that there’s a surcharge of $17 usd per night. Even thou is super busy and noisy outside, they have really good noise control throughout the hotel. They do serve breakfast daily on the rooftop terrace or they have a Starbucks in the first floor if you prefer. The whole staff is friendly and bilingual so don’t be afraid to speak in English. Definitely coming back on my next trip. Well done!

Lets start with the rain head shower didn't work properly. Also the hand held shower was way to low. Bed was comfy but the sheet felt like it had a waterproof feel to it and the size of the room was good. Paid for breakfast but didn't enjoy what they offered if I knew what was for breakfast I never would of add it to the room. The best things of all is the location.
