The check-in process and the initial refusal to honour the all inclusive offer we had prebooked that was only overturned by the duty manager because he "couldn't find proof" in the booking that it wasn't booked for all three guests left a bitter taste. The implication was very clear that he was saying the booking was somehow invalid. Eventually he 'let it go'. There is some retraining needed on front desk and the duty manager involved. Im stark contrast the staff everywhere else in the hotel were amazing for our whole stay from kids club to restaurants they were amazing. The food itself in the restaurants was of very high quality, and the service was.likewise so

Facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The only downpoint is the peak breakfast time is mayhem. The breakfast team do a great job organising residents. But some nationalities don't believe queueing applies to them and just walk in and sit at a table. Avoid 9.00am to 10.00am for breakfast if possible. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Over all a great place to stay, especially for location! Next time I’d choose a room with a bigger bed. The double feels smaller than an Aussie double and is a squeeze for two standard adults. Housekeeping was exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also fantastic!

We loved this place overall – fantastic pools and facilities, great location just by the beach at the quieter end, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff. However, we booked the hotel specifically because we were 2 adults and a 10-year-old and they advertised a room with 2 double beds. These “double beds” were so small that it was a major challenge to fit two adults into one. The photographed room was misleading as to their size. We asked to be given a room with bed sizes more appropriate for the 3 people we had booked and paid for. And the staff promised to come back to us to tell us when another room came available but they never did. We chose to deal with the cramped conditions over spending any more of our holiday time chasing down staff to get their help.
