Unfortunately, not a good review. Upon check in, there was a sign that pool and hot tub were out of order. After driving 14 hours, the hot tub was the draw for the booking. My husband has had 6 spine surgeries and is disabled. The hot tub was the main reason for the booking. 2 days later, they ran out of coffee, first regular and then both decaf and regular. Most of the time there was no one behind the front desk. They stayed behind the wall in the office I guess. The breakfast area was not kept up with cleanliness and replenishment. I feel that they were not prepared for the amount of people staying there as it appeared that only one person was working doing it all, the breakfast and the front desk. They did not have any bottled water in the cooler behind the desk to purchase, those were not restocked either. Instead of the hotel making the money off the water sales, we had to pay more in a vending machine. I really feel as if nobody wanted to do their job and I get it, working for the Holiday sucks. We will not stay here again when visiting family.
