Bad attitude at the reception

We arrived around 11am and we know the check in time is 3pm. We want to keep our luggage in the hotel first but the Japanese lady was very rude and told us we can’t check in. We told her we want to drop our luggage first but she sounds not very welcome.

General facilities were good, and location is excellent for both train and car access - with lots of restaurants and shops nearby also. Sadly, we had several cleanliness issues, and despite bringing 2 items up with the hotel staff, one issue was not addressed at all, nor rectified. Also, bed was pretty uncomfortable - maybe just too firm for us, but we all slept pretty badly and couldn't get comfortable. Staff were generally polite, but sad they didn't correct the issue we brought to their attention.

トレインビューで子どもが大喜び

3連休、予定があり1泊2日で利用しました。 3人で泊まったので、少し広いお部屋を選択していました。上の方の、エレベーターホール近くのお部屋をアサインいただき、とても便利でした。 また、部屋の窓から新幹線が見えるため、子供達大喜びでした。 ホテル自体が駅のから濡れずに行ける位置にあり、とても便利でした。 また、新しいのでとても綺麗です。 ホテルのすぐ近くにセブンイレブンや、カフェなどもあり、過ごしやすかったです。 大浴場も、部屋のテレビで混雑状況が見えます。夜とても混んでいたので、朝早く起きて利用しました。 宇都宮には初めて訪問しましたが、駅の周りが便利でした。またホテルにも宿泊しに行きたいと思います。
