First time staying for a night passing through town. Comfortable, convenient and the price was right. I will be back again.

2/10 Poor

Horrible place to stay. Very outdated and the room was dirty. I'm hoping they didn't have bed bugs. The bed was so out dated we could hardly sleep on it. Hard as a rock. The pillows were also miserable. The pillows were flat and worthless. Glad I brought my own pillow but was scared and still scared I might have brought something home from using my own pillow on that bed. The only nice in the whole room was believe it or not the sheets on the miserable bed! Lol everything and I mean everything was outdated and dirty looking.

Convenient for the price but the bathroom was never cleaned, there was pee all along the toilet seat and dirt in the bath tubs. I’m also not sure if they changed our sheets they were wrinkly and smelled funny. Overall 10/10!!

This motel is really rundown. The outside didn’t look too bad but the rooms are very sad. The water barely ran, the tv didn’t work, it was not “fully stocked “ with kitchen items as the listing says, it had 1 spoon, a weird serving fork and 1 butter knife! dilapidated furniture, stained carpets, just overall in sad condition. There was a clean out drain right outside our room that had raw sewage all around it. I will say I feel it was fairly clean it’s just really rough.

It was convenient. But our door would not lock when we left and the plumbing was broken and leaking all over the walk way making it an ice hazard as it was very cold out. There was literally human feces on the walk way to our room.

Will not be back NoBo gets my business.

Check in no person at front desk. Had to call the exchange person twice to get in the room. No email sent with door code. Tv couldn’t be fixed so no tv for 3 nights. Fitted sheets didn’t fit bed kept coming off and unk crusty substance on sheet. Shower head sprayed in five different directions. Holes in the walls and peeling drywall Sconce over bed loose and falling out of the fixture. The room reflected no maintenance or care by owner. You have to call the exchange operator who is mostly over seas so there’s language barriers delays and echos when you needed something. Then wait for the exchange to call back. Did meet the nice maintenance lady/ clerk who had limited resources at her disposal and was obviously too overwhelmed to handle requests. We stayed at birch glen two years ago and had a pleasant visit. Something is definitely going on now it’s terrible.

The shower was very hard to turn on. The original room reserved was no longer available and I was moved to a smaller room, still haven't gotten a refund for the difference between a suite and a double queen room.

Table, but no chairs. Even more critical, light fixture directly over bed had no globe, light bulb hanging from the socket, and what appeared to be exposed wires. A child standing on the bed could have easily reached it.

We got the deluxe suite for the weekend, which was fabulous because we were able to cook and just relax in the living room area. They do provide some pots and pans and utensils and dishes as well. That was fabulous. Room was clean with extra bedding on the side so that was nice and plenty of towels. Only thing I think they should mention for this specific room is that it is right above the rec room so for anybody with a infant or a toddler who has daytime naps just be aware of that it can get a little noisy below, nothing too out of hand though. overall, very satisfied with the stay would definitely return to the suite again.

Made a reservation through expedia.com, got here when the office was "open", and there is nobody here,. If you try to call it goes to a call center where they say somebody will call you back, but nobody calls you back. We paid for 2 nights, now we're trying to book somewhere else.

The non contact check in and check out was fine. Room was OK. The toilet ran continuously. There was no heat on in the room when we got there and the tempurature was difficult to manage. General condition of the property was rough. I wouldn't stay there again.

This place is really old. It’s the dirtiest place I’ve stayed in my life. It was cheap. About $100 for a room with 2 double bed bunk beds. I would dispute the “sleeps 8” claim. Those beds do not sleep 2 adults. The mattresses were not the greatest. I did not use the shower. The bathroom was not clean. There are stains in the toilet and dirty walls. The kitchenette needs a very thorough deep clean. Inside the cupboards was scary. I was too afraid to use any dishes. The room was maybe 55 degrees when we got in. The heater did work but it took us 4 hours to get to a comfortable temp inside the room. This place is different as nobody was onsite. We got a door code through text. Our room number was odd. It didn’t fit with the other numbers around it. It was difficult to find. Our room was supposed to have a couch but it did not. We had the bunkbeds, a table and 4 chairs. I was hoping to put a child on that couch. I would not stay here again unless I was desperate.
