Paid extra to guarantee a room. Had the confirmation number that was sent to my email. Got to the motel no room. The motel rented out the room and charged me just the same.

The front desk host was very friendly even though she was brand new. On initial view the room looked okay, we weren’t really expecting a five star room. But there was hair in the sink, a toothpick in the tub, the mattress had no mattress cover and was sitting on a platform. I always look for bedbugs, that platform was filthy. There was no sign of bedbugs, but there was so much hair it was disgusting. I had to clean before I could sleep there. Luckily I brought my own bedding. They did not provide bath towels only hand towels, we had to go ask for them. They said they were doing laundry. If you are desperate for a cheap room it will do, but be prepared.

It was just okay. Shower had tiny bugs in it when I first used it. Kitchen sink jar leftover food in drain from previous tenant. Floor creaks. Bed was comfortable and big. Living room couch was uncomfortable. Glad there was a coffee make but if it’s gonna be an extended stay, the kitchen should have something to cook with and eat on.

Honestly, I should of expectd this for a "Studio 6" You get what you pay for. The hotel room keys didnt work, the workers kept having to unlock the room door. There were ants EVERYWHERE. The kitchen, the bathroom. The staff were pretty nice and friendly.

Cheap, but not clean nor comfortable.
I hate to leave a bad review, but when something needs to be pointed out, its warranted. I reserved 2 rooms and this review will cover both. Price was right but thats about it. The rooms were not very clean, the bathrooms were especially nasty. We arrived very late and didnt have the time it would have taken to rectify the situations in both rooms. The kitchen/living rooms seemed alright. The place is old, the updating is very cheaply done and haphazard. There is a funky smell in both rooms. The beds were not comfortable. The room air conditioner was so noisy it sounded like a generator for an rv right next to the bed. The bathroom in one room has not had its toliet cleaned properly in who knows how long. The pee stain around the base was disgusting. Its an old building and the walls seem a little thin.

I have been to this property before and it is a hit and miss. This trip my first room the room had not been cleaned. In the bathroom it was evident that it was not clean. My second room I woke up to find large roaches on the counter. Not okay for a room that cost $90.00
