Small room but great location!

Great location next to Luxembourg Gardens. It is easy to get anywhere either walking, a short taxi, or public transit. The room is small but that is standard for much of Paris.

Initially put in a first floor room that had a broken fan and no ability to open windows to try to circulate air. It was also very noisy due to being next to the lobby and facing the street. It also smelled musty. After a horrible first night, we were moved to a different room that was much quieter and cooler. I am flad they addressed our problems but they really need to do something about that first floor room.

Beautiful hotel, thank you for the upgrade! Excellent location. Didn't appreciate people smoking on their balcony next door, pretty sure it's a non smoking hotel but people suck, not the hotel's fault. Definitely would recommend staying there, very friendly staff.

Hotel Elysa has an AMAZING location on the Latin Quarter. Everything in our room was super clean. The bed was super comfortable, the area where it is located is full of restaurants, across the main street you find one of the RER stations. The area is very safe to walk at night. The rooms have a small fridge which is super useful, and the staff was very kind. I will love to stay again at Hotel Elysa on my next trip to Paris.

Perfect location

So close to the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and the Metro “B” line for anything else! The room was clean and well appointed. On the 5th floor we had a balcony. So lucky without expecting it, we had views of the Eiffel Tower! Amazing! Lift broke during the stay, but staff stayed all night waiting for technicians. No coffee in the room, but the foyer has a Nespresso machine for use whenever you like. Not much time needed in the room anyway when you are in such a great location!

Great location, comfortable

We enjoyed our time at Hotel Elysa - Luxembourg, and would stay again. The location was great, very convenient to public transit (including RER to CDG) and in a neighborhood with many food options. Our 6th floor room was spacious and quiet. Although the elevator not working when we arrived was inconvenient, it was repaired the next day. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

I specifically requested a firm mattress to avoid any issues with my back. The room definitely did NOT have a firm mattress. Also, there were problems in the hotel including two days when the elevator [or lift as they like to say] was not working and my room was on the sixth floor!

This hotel was not our favorite. The room was very small but that was to be expected. The elevator was too small so if you have a lot of luggage you will have to carry it upstairs. Some of the employees were nice but others were not as nice. Overall it was an average stay. However, the area around the hotel is really good. You can walk to Luxembourg Garden, Le Pantheon, Norte Dam, lots of restaurants near by. The train station is just down the street and it was convinient for the day we decided to go to Disneyland.

The hotel was in a excellent location about a 3 min walk from the Luxembourg metro stop. Loved the location. Our room had a broken shower door and broken kettle but otherwise was a comfy bed. Breakfast was ok, low on many items when we went to eat. We would stay here again!
