Super filthy

Me and my wife had to buy our own towels and rags when ask they said they didn’t have anymore roaches was present, crackheads and dude doing circles in the parking lot with a hand gun. Me and wife came to see our child graduate. Service and staff are trash even the outside was super dirty. Me and my family will never stay on this company property again.

We were on a weekend ball trip with my daughter. It was good for one night and very clean and remodeled rooms. Outside environment was a bit sketchy but we didn’t have any issues

Good stay.

The room was very comfortable for a 1 night. Dont expect holiday inn express people. Its a motel. Somewhere to lay your head and go. The room was very clean, area was safe, and well lit at night.

Don’t recommend

Check in was easy. Staff was nice. Not in the greatest part of town. The back part of the building that you can see from the highway looks super sketchy. The floor on the tub was peeling, vents were rusted. Picture on the tv was not good. I wouldn’t stay with kids but it was just my husband and I that needed a place to sleep after a concert.

Dirty Room

The only pro, besides the cost, was the AC worked but that’s it. The room wasn’t cleaned properly since the last guest. There was long hair on the sink counter and the bathroom floor. I’m guessing they brought their dog/animal, because there was kibble bits (or some dry food) on the floor. Also the sheets looked/smelled clean but when I got into bed it had a gritty texture like they were dirty. The WiFi was also slow. I normally don’t care since I use my data but I struggled to get a reliable single in my room (on T-Mobile). And worse - the toilet wasn’t clean! There was left over “dirt” on the back of the toilet seat from somewhere sitting on it before. If I didn’t check in late and wasn’t exhausted I would have complained but I just knocked out and took a thorough shower before leaving.

Unacceptable

My wife walked in to the bathroom and said, this is disgusting! There was a huge rusted out area on the bathtub. Bad enough that you could scratch yourself and break the skin. Also, the bath mat had hair all on it. My wife didn’t even wash her hair or brushed it. Also, once we laid in bed, her feet got caught in the sheet, only to find out it had a big tear on the sheet. The bed itself was very comfortable.

Our first room did not feel clean. Bed sheets looked like they were not changed and counters were dirty as well as the door. Kindly asked the front desk to change rooms and he was able to do so. Our second room was a little better however floors felt dirty. Bed sheets had cigarette hole burns and spiderwebs were formed around the bed frame.
