DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!
This hotel provider lied about my accommodation. I paid for a room with a nice finish and balcony. I got a dog box. When I asked for confirmation, they said they advised Expedia of the change but they failed to provide any evidence. They tried to use the excuse of a last minute booking, but no communication was every made (if there had been, they would have provided evidence). I had to follow them up on details, cehc in process, use of room, wifi connection (the information they provided was wrong), the kitchen wasn't sufficiently equipped.
