These were the noisiest rooms I've ever booked. There was a wide gap under the room door and also a gap around all sides, so all noise in the hallway was apparent. There was a connecting door with the adjoing room, and frnakly it may as well have been made of newpaper. I could hear every word of a normal volume conversation, every moment of the sexual activity and the TV. I didi not complain on the first night as the occupants were not acting unreasobaly, it was just dreadful sound insulation. I did seek redress the next day for the following two nights and the staff were responsive and helpful. No-one was booked into the adjoining room for the next two nights. The rooms were clean and the location is quite OK, and the staff (on every occasion) were very professional, but I cannot excuse that level of noise interference from a hotel that is charging me money. Inexcusable.
