No technology
The cabins were very cute and checkin was incredibly simple. The TV’s satellite didn’t work, and neither did the “spotty” WiFi. We were able to enjoy a technology free evening playing games as a family, but just be prepared if that would be an issue for you. The clean towels also smelled of cigarette smoke. The gentlemen onsite were kind.

$20 dls extra per person.
I make my reservation for 10 people. When i get there. They say a was only for 2 so they charge $20 dls per extra person. $160 more when the cabin is for 10 people. Feels like scammed to me.

Bad
Very bad stay, the cabin is in very bad condition, the furniture is old, mattresses are in poor condition, the fireplace does not work, the coffee maker is too dirty, the pots are old, the bathroom sink faucets do not work, there is garbage (old air conditioning, old brooms) in the closets.

The location is good for accessing Sequoia National Park. But be advised that there is no TV in this cabin except to play vhs or dvds. The river view is from outside only. The heat is by portable plug-in heater. The bathroom fan doesn’t work. The smoke detector needed a battery during our stay; we had to remove it in order to sleep. There was a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. We had to pay that on arrival.

A little updating would make these cabins incredib
We had a wonderful time. The river in front of the cabins was beautiful. Sleeping set up for 6 adults wasn’t so good. If they put a little time and love into these cabins it would be incredible. They definitely need a little updating. Didn’t feel very clean.

We rented the family cabin for my family of 6 adults. We had the best time. The property isn’t new or refurbished. The cabin is rustic which gives it a woodsy charm. My family loved it. It’s close to restaurants and Sequoia National Park. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough trash bags and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone for more trash bags and towels other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This property has a great outdoor with river next to it but it’s very old and dirty. Toilet wasn’t working but we managed to fix it. Heater wasn’t working but we still managed to fix it thanks to the electrician and plumber in our group. The stairs at yard are broken and one of the guys fall. Stove wasn’t working properly also.

Mouse was in the stove day of arrival. Property had maintenance issues and cleanliness issues. Water pressure was unacceptable for toilet and kitchen sink. We had to fill pans to fill toilet tank in order to flush toilet. I would stay away until property is cleaned and maintained properly.

Property definitely needs some updating and renovation. A lot of trash and construction materials throughout the property. Unit had holes in the walls but overall was an okay stay.

A little hard to find and the gravel driveways had quite a drop off. No windows on second floor where carpet was very dirty. Huge dust bunnies under furniture on both floors. Hole in the wall in the bathroom over 3”, and many other areas where there were plaster patches that had not been repainted. Deck was very nice and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon there. Saw a few mule deer in the morning.
