The room was clean, besides a few dirty dishes in the cabinet. I will say rooms are kinda hard to know which you will get, as the pictures listed are all different. Our room was in need of some updates, and the beds were uncomfortable. Parking was great, view was breathtaking. Costumer service was great, I was given to wrong code to enter, and they answered right away and got me a new code in seconds. The value for this property is pretty spot on, so I personally don’t mind the few minor inconveniences. You are tucked far away from all the hustle and bustle of things, but still close enough to go explore without being in it.

Started the week off March 23, 26. Enjoyed our stay in the mountains. Super quiet. Great view of the mountains all day. Great to enjoy coffe on the balcony. All dishware needed for basic cooking. Some aspects are a little run down but honestly had no affect on our stay. Even saw a couple bears one evening coming down the mountain.

The pictures did not match the actual condo. It was dirty and disheveled. The bookshelf was broken and all of the paintings on the wall were crooked. That wasn’t a huge deal but an indicator that is it not well kept. The carpet was filthy. I found food on the dining room floor and a bloody tissue on the bathroom floor. I can get past most things but a bloody tissue is simply unsanitary. The walls were paper thin. I was kept up literally all night. First, by the upstairs neighbors until 2am, then the wind was so loud outside that it shook the condo. I got zero sleep the second night, which is not normal for me at all. I know there’s nothing to be done about the wind especially when you’re on top of a mountain. But I never would have booked knowing how thin the walls were. I reached out to the host about the noise who said they would “make it right” by talking to the upstairs neighbors. When I informed them of the bloody tissue and uncleanliness of the condo they did not respond. The only good part of this stay was the view of the mountains. I absolutely would not book again, especially considering how they responded to my concerns. This was our 10 year anniversary so we were extremely disappointed it didn’t work out how we wanted. We cannot get that time back.

There are few major and minor issues that were either completely resolved or lingering. Major: 1. The water in the shower is freezing after 3rd person finished showering. We were unable to wash at all for the remaining of the people (4 remaining). The maintenance team did reach back but advised that's how the water tank is and was unfortunately not able to do anything. Minor: 2. Free WiFi does not work per the given direction. We have to use our own data on the 1st day. The management team provided a password which did not work either on the 1st day. The maintenance team came on the 2nd day to fix it. 3. Power is not available on few wall receptacles. We had to make do with the available locations. The maintenance team came on the 2nd late evening and fixed them. A side note that the gentleman who came seemed to have drug smell which affected our kids. 4. The slide doors to the 1st and 2nd floors are with defects. 5. Main door access code given did not work. We had to call and wait outdoor with prety cold weather. The management team had to provide an alternative code for us to access. 6. The shower in the master was leaking.

Family trip and we loved our suite in every possible way. The place looked amazing, easy to check in, great view from the balcony. They have everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, fireplace, etc) I really recommend this place. Will definitely visit again.

Todo el apartamento estaba limpio, confortable. Lo único que si deberían tener es el Jacuzzi y sauna con servicio, los días que mi familia y yo estuvimos allí nunca los pudimos usar. Y la piscina estuvo sucia, olía mal. Ojalá y arreglen estos detalles.

Great place to stay for a view but not as advertised. All the condos look updated but we got the one that was like you stepped back into the 1980’s. Pretty sure my grandmother had the same stove when I was little and that has been 40 years ago. Clean but not updated at all.

Beautiful view from our balcony and the community deck. The kids enjoyed the pool. Our unit (D302) was clean but in desperate need of updating (couch was broken, fans wobbled, paint peeling, etc). It worked well as a home base after a long day of adventures. We loved that the property was away from the crowds in town. We would definitely stay again but would choose a different unit.

The outdoor play area was quite small. My daughter and I went to play ping pong and all the balls were broken (which I know you have no control over). On Christmas day some kid a few condos over kept screaming as loud as he could early in the am out the balcony which woke us all up after being out late the night before. Then the next night my husband and I were sitting on the balcony and it started shaking which scared the crap out of us. My kids felt it inside too. We still don’t know what that was about. The last night we were there our down stair neighbors were out on the balcony watching porn (thankfully my kids were inside). But other than the inconsiderate people around us it was a nice trip.
