Our unit was like a tiny home. My daughter loved the loft. The flooring had gaps from poor installation but the apartment was clean and the property staff were prompt and courteous.. The mattress would be considered comfortable for colombian standards. Shower was small. Did not have hot water for about 6 hours one day but staff helped correct the issue.. All in all I would give it a 8.5 out of 10..

Worst Hotel Experience – Stay Away

I booked nearly 10 nights here but could only endure 2 before escaping to a proper hotel. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had: • Filthy & Neglected: The room was not cleaned properly, with visible dirt and holes in the walls that allowed all kinds of bugs to come inside. • Noise & Zero Rest: Guests constantly passed by my door making loud noises late into the night. Sleep was impossible. • Basic Hygiene Ignored: I had no hand soap. Despite requesting it multiple times, nothing was ever provided. Completely unacceptable. • Unsafe & Unwelcoming: The condition of the room and common areas made me feel unsafe and unwelcome from the start. After 2 nights of this, I cut my losses and moved out. I was supposed to stay much longer, but the place is uninhabitable. Final Verdict: Stay away. This property should not be listed on Hotels.com until serious renovations and management changes are made.

Un buen apartamento para entrar y salir sin probl.

El apartamento está bien, como para pasar la noche, el problema que tiene es que se oye mucho el ruido de los otros apartamentos, así que si a tu vecino le da por ver televisión hasta tarde...... Las comunicaciones fueron buenas y eficiente, siempre estuvieron pendientes de ayudar. Solicité cambio de almohadas porque las que habían estaban terribles y al otro día trajeron unas nuevas.
