Appartement met deprimerend uitzicht op muur

Wij hadden een appartement met balkon en uitzicht op bergen geboekt. Speciaal naar gezocht, want ik ski zelf niet en ben dus veel in het appartement. Maar ons appartement had geen balkon, alleen een mini buitenruimte op de begane grond en er was al helemaal geen uitzicht op de bergen, maar uitzicht op een hoge grijze muur!! Omdat het appartement half ingegraven ligt op de begane grond was er ook geen mogelijkheid om in de zon te zitten omdat de zon geblokkeerd wordt door het balkon erboven. Het is dus een zeer donker appartement waarbij je altijd de lampen aan moet zetten. Het appartement zelf is prachtig, maar het uitzicht is zwaar deprimerend. Ik snap niet hoe dit verhuurd kon worden met "uitzicht op de bergen". Bij de receptie werd aangegeven dat de omschrijving inderdaad niet correct was, het had "gedeeltelijk uitzicht" moeten zijn. Maar vanuit het appartement is met geen mogelijkheid een berg te zien. Ter tegemoetkoming kregen we een handdoekenpakket gratis. Tja.... Ik voel me enorm voor de gek gehouden en zou dit NOOIT geboekt hebben als ik wist dat ik een week lang tegen een muur moest kijken en niet in de zon zou kunnen zitten. Ontzettend jammer dit!!
