8/10 Very good

Room was clean & comfortable. Front desk allowed me to check in early after a flight change. This hotel is advertised as having a free airport shuttle, which is why I booked. I was not notified until the day before I arrived that the shuttle only runs 8 times in the morning & 8 times in the evening. I still had to pay for transportation.

10/10 Exceptional

I needed to book a hotel at very short notice due to travel problems and the Holiday Inn Express was definitely the best of the choices I had. COmbined with the free shuttle service, staff were incredibly helpful, room was comfy and quiet and the breakfast was very good as always with Holiday Inn - would definitely use them again.

8/10 Very good

Good hotel with decent sized rooms. Let down partly by some staff who really didn't seem to be bothered and lack of clear information around housekeeping. If using as a base to explore Brussels then be aware that there is a convoluted hike to the nearest train station.
