We had an excellent stay. The apartment was beautiful, impeccably clean, and very comfortable throughout our visit. The staff was warm, professional, and always available whenever needed, including the onsite cleaning team, who were especially friendly and accommodating. The location was also ideal—conveniently close to a wide range of amenities, outstanding restaurants, and easily accessible markets for any necessities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This place checked all of the boxes-excellent location, plenty of places to dine nearby and close to Lisbon attractions-all were walkable. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed as a 4 person family with two adult children so bunk beds worked well.

The location of this property is good, but it's a bit noisy due to being in the center. On the other hand, the staff was very helpful and accepted one of our family members to early check-in. The room was very clean, but it was not cleaned and the towels were not changed during our stay for five days..

Great location. Key pad to room didn’t work but fortunately housekeeping was in the hallway when we arrived and were able to give us their key. Large stain on couch and stains on area mat made the apartment look dirty although otherwise clean. Drain to shower also very slow. Simple fixes would make this a fantastic place to stay!

The room was very spacious—perfect for two people! It’s centrally located, literally right across from the Rossio train station, which made getting to Sintra super easy. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I highly recommend Solido and Valdo Gatti, both within walking distance. Our room also had a washer, and they even provided laundry detergent and a bottle of water. Check-in was smooth with no issues at all, and the hotel felt very safe with a secure outer lock and another lock for the room.
