Sep 12, 2026Check in is usually busy but fairly quick and they are well organised to store luggage free for early arrivals or late departures .Breakfast is ok ,no hot options but adequate selection of cold meats ,cheese ,bread etc. Seating can be tricky as there is a selection of easy chairs and low tables and you can find yourself having breakfast in the reception area . No restaurant on site but very close to Station and shops and restaurants . Staff are plentiful and all very pleasant and helpful .

The immediate neighborhood is rather urban (i.e., not pretty and rather grungy), but it didn't feel dangerous and it is about what I expected from its location near the main train station, not much different than midtown New York.

Our room was very clean, and the bed was cozy. There were paper cups instead of real glasses in the rooms.

Unique, stylish hotel with extremely friendly staff & a cool bar on site. The hotel is positioned in a great spot in the city centre, close to the Marienplatz, shops and a bunch of restaurants and amenities. However the small room was hot and stuffy at times, which got a little uncomfortable, as the aircon did not seem to work properly. Be aware there is also a rooftop bar next to the hotel and if you’re positioned on that side, the music can be loud. Other than that, it was a really enjoyable stay.

Jun 3, 2025The hotel is nice, clean and I felt safe staying there. My issues were there are no phones in the room, so calling the front desk is not possible. No room service. If you need towels, TP or Kleenex you must go down to the front desk The rooms are very small, like really small. If you have multiple people you might want to reconsider. The breakfast is overpriced and you can find bakeries that are more reasonable.
