The elevator is from 1902 and was stuck when we arrived. No one works a desk and everything is virtual. Grateful the cleaning crew was there to help. He got security, who had to reset it. Nice staff, but no one speaks english, so even when i called the help number he couldnt understand me. Its up on the 4th floor and there are not detailed instructions how to use the App to unlock the doors, or the elevator or where to go, very confusing and the App didnt work half the time. The bathroom has no privacy either. We were not impressed at all. The area is scary, but that could just be all of naples, which we will not be returning to.
