Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and set up very cute. Very spacious. Mexico culture felt throughout. Wifi available. You can ask for pool towels at the desk. There is a cute cafe separately owned out front that stayed open late. You can find a convenience store on the next block. You do have to use street parking or pay for a garage. Our family loved it.

Too noisy!!! Outside dogs , fireworks, loud music and loud traffic all night TOO bright in room. Lots of light from hallways enters room all night. Too bad bc the room is gorgeous and bed comfortable. Spotless and stylish. Front a staff was helpful and location is handy to main plaza and the cancellation district. The open look of hotel is beautiful aesthetically but the noise and light were impossible to sleep throug.

This place was a sweet end to our time in Mexico. Hotel reception staff were super helpful, gave us so much advice, answered questions, and booked taxis for us also. The in-room air con works amazing, very necessary in this climate! Having pool access was an added bonus. There was a cute bar/restaurant on-site as well, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try it. Was about a 10-min walk from the main square of Valladolid and the ADO station, so handily placed but still far away from any noise at night.

Très bel hôtel à Valladolid, situé à quelques pas de la place centrale. L’espace piscine est parfait pour se rafraîchir et profiter d’un moment de détente. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur commun à la disposition des clients ainsi que du café offert le matin. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
