"Our hotel stay was lovely staff very friendly and helpful, our room was on the 4th floor very quiet family room, beds very comfortable & pillows lovely sheets room clean good choice on teas coffees & hot chocolate with biscuits and mint chocolate coins. The TV channel choice was really good. Great location 5 mins walk to New street train station also close to getting the tram and close to the library and Symphony hall, and Victoria Square, we went to visit Black Sabbath bench to pay our respects to Ozzy Osbourne. "
