Mar 1, 2026I was booked into a room for one night that the sink was broke no running water. Yes, very inconvenient. The front desk manager Anquarius said they would give me a discount. No sure how that would work.

Dec 28, 2025Room was clean, one elevator needs repair - the door slams open on the 2nd floor as if there is no bumper to stop it. Bathroom was spacious but there was not one towel or robe hook???
