The room was clean, check in was easy, bed comfy, AC worked well, staff was nice. Nice small kitchenette- I didn't use it, but good to know they have it for the future. I booked this very last minute when out day trip unexpectedly turned into an overnight trip. Close to restaurants, stores and movie theater.

When I checked in, there was a lady in the lobby that was screaming at someone on the phone about sending her money and there were kids sleeping on the chairs/couch. She was still sitting around the lobby area that night when I walked by to do laundry, being loud and yelling on the phone. The lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. There are blackout curtains in the room, but no sheer curtains so you can have natural light in the room without everyone being able to see inside your room. The room was okay, but not the cleanest. My feet were dirty from walking around the room. The snack machine in the lobby was nice, and the ice machines and laundry worked well.

Omg I stayed here the end of April for just a 3 day trip, had to change rooms 4txs, one was not what I booked, the other later found out had no electricity, third the ac didn’t work and lastly finally had one but then the key wld work sometimes. Omg I saw roaches, vomit on the walk way. The staff was ok but so disorganized. Wld never stay here again

My wife and I booked this hotel online it looked decent from the pictures but when we checked in and went to our room it was not what we expected. The room was filthy the shower had water in it the bed had black marks on the sheets the ceiling in the shower had mold and brown stuff on the ceiling, which is very visual if you were cleaning you would have seen this. Every drawer in the kitchen had crumbs and stuff all in it one drawer even had clothes left in it the refrigerator had stuff that was not clean inside of it as well if you want somewhere cheap and dirty to lay your head down this will be your place otherwise I highly recommend going somewhere else it's not worth it. After telling owner and Front Desk Manager and showing them pictures the only thing they could do was say I'm sorry there was no compensation or anything else just an apology for a filthy room.

The room was clean when I first arrived, but I’ve been staying in extended stay room and I’ve been here over a week and a half almost 2 weeks and no one has came and cleaned the room. I’ve asked I’ve asked multiple times multiple different people I had to ask for a clean bed linens I had to change the sheets on the bed myself I had to ask for a broom I had to sweep my own room
