O apartamento é incrível, localização privilegiada, limpeza e estrutura nada a reclamar, porém vc se hospedar num apartamento relativamente caro e não disponibilizarem nenhum material de higiene e ainda exigir retirada de lixo, sem ao menos ter outro saquinho para substituir foi decepcionante. Estadia de 1 semana para casal e deixaram 1 rolo de papel higiênico já em uso. Nós tivemos que sair atrás de papel pra comprar. Se a intenção é ir no pier super recomendo, dá pra ir a pé, agora qualquer outra coisa que precisar, mercado, farmácia, vai andar um pouco

A localização é ótima, ao lado do pier de Itapema, próximo a Praia. Estrutura do prédio ótima com piscina e academia, só lamentamos a esteira não funcionar e a solicitação de ajuda para resolver não teve retorno por parte do atendente da administradora do Condomínio. Check in tranquilo, apto limpo, tudo novo e de qualidade. Atendimento do anfitrião muito rápido e resolutivo. Ar condicionado do quarto perfeito, da sala requer achar solução para o condensador para que o calor não se mantenha dentro do apto tornando de difícil permanência. Recomendamos.
