It was a decent stay for visiting Niagara water falls . There were no break fast in the offer, but microwave and refrigerator was provided for any quick breakfast preparation and storage. Checkout was also easy, as I just needed to exit and go before exit time.

The room is very clean. However, the heating device wasn't working. I would also recommend a nightstand lamp or a cord to turn off the over bed light. It saves the guest the trouble of having to get out of bed to turn off the light after reading, eg, then have to go back to bed in total darkness.

Beds and room were very clean and staff was very helpful. Bathroom could be cleaner so we did not end up using the shower but everything else was great for the price. The door has cracks but it’s summer so no issue with the cold, and the top lock doesn’t work but the keycard lock still worked.

I didn't expect that much. The room was moderately clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. The front window was sealed shut which was unfortunate as they had sprayed a strong cleanser and it burned my eyes. The bathroom window would open but the screen was torn. There was plenty of hot water and shower pressure was excellent. You get a refrigerator and microwave. One of the rooms had been driven into and was blocked off. There was space to walk around outside but there were discarded refrigerators and microwaves on the property as well as an old laquinta sign. It is ok to stay in for a couple of nights but you don't want to hang out in the room.

Shower and bathroom counter dirty. Water based paint wipes off very easily. It had been there long enough for the ceiling paint to start peeling which means none of it had properly been cleaned in a long time. Towels and wash clothes had stains on them.

Don’t stay here, it’s cheap for a reason. Booked a week here because I was told affordable and friendly. That’s a lie, owners rented out multiple rooms to large groups with a bunch of kids each. Kids on scooters loud all day to late night. People right outside your door playing loud music from cars and singing drunk.Dirty diapers in front of room doors. Called office and claim they will address the nuisance guests, but they did nothing! Owners don’t care, they scared to call cops on nuisance guests, when they have the right.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The rooms weren’t very clean. There were paint chips everywhere. No curtain was on the kitchen window so it was very bright in the morning. The shampoo was in an impossible to open packet. There was no conditioner. There were no outlets near the beds to charge our phones.
