This hotel frim the moment you ascend the beautiful marble stepped entrance feels like a castle in the sky. It is first class finishing in everything they have done. The lobby is quietly elegant with wonderful staff. The rooms are extremely large with the highest quality lighting bedding and bathroom facility. We stayed a room that had a massive balcony with and 200 degree plus view to the mountains and valleys. And then the pool so beautifully crafted on the east side of the property. The only thing I might suggest is heating it😃as it is a little chilly for those not so sunny days. Overall though this hotel is top notch and for the price it is a real surprise! Thank you to the staff Trang in the dining room for giving us a real authentic experience of the "hot pot" local dish! And then and others at the front desk always smiling and greeting you as you come and go! Well done💖🙏

Top service at beautiful hotel on top of the mountain road. We stayed at the balcony valley view, and loved it. No infinity pool like certain pictures suggest, but still an absolutely gorgeous hotel.

It was a very good stay. All the staff, who were all young, were helpful, professional and friendly, especially shout out to Tuan at breakfast, and the receptionists. They were kind enough to let me check in over two hours earlier. I had been in town since 7am. So it was very appreciated. The hotel was beautiful and modern. Though it is new. The weather was terrible though nothing to do with the hotel. It was too far from town and Grab was not cheap. Only main complains my room was right underneath the breakfast area as I stayed three nights I should not be given that room. There should be a shuttle into town maybe three times a day being so far from town centre. Mattress was too soft for me. I may stay again if I ever came to Sapa. Though Sapa is too commercialise for me.

Personalet forsøgte virkelig at hjælpe, men da de har svært ved engelsk, så blev det bare til rigtig mange misforståelser. Desværre… Rigtig smuk placering med udsigt ud over bjergene! Men det gør, at man har brug for en Grab eller leje af en motorcykel, for at man kan komme omkring til seværdigheder og spisesteder. Der mangler faciliteter. Der var kun et fitnesscenter og en pool. Det kunne have været fedt med en bar.
