We had a great stay at Outsite in Aguadilla. The location is great and convenient to all beaches in the area. The property was quiet and relaxing, the pool was great, and having the kitchen was nice as well. We will stay again!

Property was modern fresh and clean. Bathroom and closets were spacious. Great for getting work done and then hitting the beach. The beds were not comfortable thought. A minor trade off.

Pictures on site are deceiving. Site doesn’t say anything about common areas. Nowhere under the description it mentions that the rooms are just a bed and a bathroom. No tv in the room, the bed was harder than the floor, the towel hanger was coming off the wall, the hot water was never hot at most it was warm, the sink worked half of the time and when it did it was barely a weak stream. It was not relaxing or comfortable at all. Definitely not a place I would stay at again or even recommend.

It’s a different concept of stay. No on site staff but reachable via watts. Love the kitchen, pool and common areas. Don’t like much the fact there is no TV in the rooms but not a deal breaker. Don’t like the fact that exterior doors don’t lock properly all the time

The property is beautiful, modern, clean, quiet and very accessible to main streets. Although all doors are accesible by code only (keyless) and are supposed to be “self close” they need adjustments and not all the guest make sure exterior doors are fully closed which makes it not very safe since there is no staff present! Pool is very cold! Staff is very responsive via message but will not answer a phone call. More positive than negative experience. I will definitely book there again! *IMPORTANT* make sure you get your access codes and confirm contact info specific to your reservation via email from OUTISTE directly not from whomever you purchased your stay at least 3-5 days prior to your arrival or you may end up unable to access your room upon arrival. I was very proactive on that topic and had no issues but had to help two families who arrived my last day there who had purchased their reservations through different companies and were stuck in the common areas for hours with no access to their rooms until very late at night that I arrived and provided them with the contact info of the person I was dealing with during my stay

We arrived on Saturday, and the pool was in that same condition again. I stayed here last week and was told it had been cleaned on Friday and was dirty because of Sahara dust; they had put the robot cleaner in, but it only ran for an hour and then stopped. Today—a week later—the robot is still sitting in the water, not working, and the pool is in terrible shape. It is unacceptable; it’s disgusting. Guests who arrived on Friday said the pool has looked the same since they got here. We couldn't use the pool on Sunday (yesterday) because it was so gross. Excuse me, but what’s in the pool isn't just Sahara dust; there is sand, and the edges and bottom are covered in mildew If there are environmental issues, they need to inspect and clean it, because we pay to use all the facilities. It’s a real shame, especially since I have three more reservations coming up in July; this is unacceptable—it’s a disgrace. If someone actually went to clean the pool during the week, why is the robot still sitting in there, not working? And if I was told the pool gets cleaned on Fridays, why has it been this disgusting since Friday? They need to take care of outdoor cleanliness; we spend money to enjoy ourselves, but we can't.
