Our check in experience was great with Gabby and the other young lady. Check out was lack luster. One thing management may want to do is have a laminated handout of how to use appliances, safe, A/C and door locking mechanism available for guess. I paid for a city view one bedroom, it was not cheap and unfortunately, two of the three windows were inaccessible to see a city view, it did have a view of drug addicts, garbage cans and homeless people in the stairwell every single day doing drugs. I did not report it to the front desk because the hotel was full and there was nothing that could be done about the situation. The location itself was very good, plenty of restaurants and major forms of transportation close by. Rooms were large and AC worked very well!

Check-in is ridiculous. They make people wait forever to check in. Don’t bother showing up to check in before 3. They still won’t let you in until 3:30/4. They make you sit in the lobby - with a bunch of other people trying to check in.
