Good stay. Place needs some love by the owners
Good stay overall, staff were super friendly. The building really needs a renovation, a lot of water damage around, the floor in our room was buckling. Door handle to the bathroom fell off but that was because the bolt needed to be tightened as it was an extremely old door handle. Breakfast was decent. They just need to send a handyman around to each room and go over everything to make sure it’s in working order. Also a coat of paint would go a long way to making the place look better.

Esperava mais.
Não gostei de ter ficado no quinto andar, onde o elevador só vai até o quarto andar e é necessário subir de escada, como saimos pra passear tivemos que subir e descer várias vezes, o que foi um incômodo pra mim. A cheguei na sexta início da noite e só vi a piscina liberada pra indo no domingo pela manhã. Café da manhã razoável.

Boas Acomodações, colchão confortável, quarto adequado. Chuveiro pode melhorar. Café da manhã farto e mt bom. Hotel com localização privilegiada ao lado do Musel do Imperador. O hotel está precisando de um maior zelo da parte de jardinagem. Funcionários acolhedores e atenciosos. Quanto a cidade, os veículos não respeitam mt a passagem de pedestres. Clima estava excelente. Conhecer Petrópolis nos faz viajar no tempo e conhecer a cultura da época e tb imaginar o quão era ainda mais linda era aquela paisagem.

Sempre em Petrópolis nos hospedamos no Hotel Casablanca Imperial, nunca tivemos o que reclamar. Hotel proximo a tudo, dando pra fazer todos os passeios a pé. Cafe da manhã atendo perfeitamente as necessidades . O Hotel é muito bom,porem essa nossa experiência ficou a desejar. O quarto 54 nao foi uma boa experiencia , a cama que dizia ser queen so tinha a roupa de cama grande , o chuveiro era péssimo, desregulado, banheiro não muito conservado de limpeza, com os rejuntes encardidos . Amamos o Hotel, mas essa experiência nao foi boa.
