A central location and spacious rooms. Air condition stopped working and it took them two days to rectify the situation. The handle for the shower door was missing so you had to reach to the top to open or close it. Also the drain hole cover was missing.

I had an excellent stay. Room is very clean and neatly designed. The A/C works like a wonder. The self-check in and opening the doors with mobile phone worked very well. The location is perfect, it’s a lovely district near the Isar river. Great for morning and evening swims. I really loved Munich and when I return, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

Unfortunately our experience was poor at the hotel. First the check in experience took 45min as they had some network issues. The bar staff tried to help and was friendly but it helped little. Then the room had hair in the bathroom left from previous tenants and the sheets were a bit dirty. Overall the experience of the room didn’t reach my expectations as it had good reviews and high price. The entrance smelled like puke, not sure if this was from the previous night or just bad cleaning. The staircase looked really shady and they would need to refurbish the place. We had a booking the following night but cancelled that as we didn’t feel like we wanted to stay another night. Got 1hr extra checkout time which helped a little for logistics. Unfortunately didn’t get pass the recommendation level.
