I paid 922,97 for 3 days in this hotel and it was not worth it at all. Here is why:
1. This is not really a hotel, but a number of rooms randomly allocated in a big building along with offices and private apartments.
2. The reception is available for a part of the day. They give an emergency number for the rest. On the last day, I had to receive emergency medical help, so I tried to call the number in order to receive some info. After 5 tries, nobody replied.
3. In my initial booking I asked for a quiet roon on a high floor. I repeated my request when I checked in. Instead I was given a very noisy room on the 2nd floor where I almost did not slept the first night. On the second night they changed me to an internal room on the same floor with very limited light, as they refused to give me a room on a higher floor.
4. The soundproofing is literally zero! I could hear all the discussions in the next room and the people just walking on the floor above me.
5.The air-conditioning was malfunsctioning. I complained for 2 nights and on the third someone came and disconnected the cables,as they were unable to fix it otherwise.
Other secondary features that certainly do not align with a four star hotel and the price that I paid: strong marihuana smell in the corridor, small TV with only Dutch channels, very limited lighting in the bathroom ( impossible to do make-up), rancid smell on the towels, cheap shampoo and shower gel ( no conditioner),one reception person very rude.
