Wonderful hotel

Nice hotel in old town. Very quiet and good beds and linens. Friendly staff. We were able to get a last minute dinner reservation because Oscar called for us. Easy to walk thru old town and to the bullring. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Expensive for the experience!

Not a 4-star experience. Rooms are more on par with a 2-3 star US hotel. Beds and pillows are hard and the room lacks amenities (no coffee/tea). It was a hot day after we arrived from walking the Camino and the AC was still in winter mode. They told us to wait for the sun to go down at 9pm for it to cool off! We opened the windows out of necessity and had bugs in our room all night.

Elegant Hotel in the Old City

Beautiful hotel in the old city. The people at the front desk were excellent (extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating). Our room was a suite overlooking the city, and we loved it. The bar is lovely, and the hotel radiates a European sense of charm and elegance.

Very nice room and comfortable. Good value for money and location. Valet service to unload the car and take bags to the room much appreciated. He also parked our car for us and brought it to the door when we left. Very impressive!!

The woman at reception desk when we checked in and checked out was extremely rude. She overcharged me for complimentary breakfast we were offered. When I mentioned this to her she said “I know”. She did take it out from our bill but she was so dismissive since the moment we arrived (maybe she didn’t like us? Still, it’s a business in the service annd hospitality area!). I come to Pamplona every month and it’s my first, and last time, staying at this hotel. Access to the hotel is not easy either, but, more than anything, it was the service and hospitality that was completely lacking, as if they were doing you a favor for allowing you to stay there.
