No compassion for people
My boyfriend and I were excited to try this hotel out for my birthday week and he fell violently ill on the day of. I had to take him to the ER and he was in the hospital for a few days. The manager finally called me back after trying to get in touch for 3 days to see if I could reschedule. She denied my request and the hotel is trying to take my money still even though I didn't stay there. We will never stay there now. I've been in customer service for 28 yrs and that's not how you treat people. Would not recommend this place.
