The lights wasn't left on

I had booked a 2 night stay at the Motel 6 in Glenview, IL. and only stayed one because people were up talking all night long they employee area was right across from my room and EVERY time they went in and out of there they door slammed. There was alsi a dog that barked ALL NIGHT LONG I don't know if it was and guest or employees dog but it was ridiculous someone must have got the dog some food because they dropped the metal bowl that had dog food in it right in front of my door because some of the dogs food went under my door. Worst experience I ever had.

Water issue

There was no hot water when I got there. I was too tired and just went to sleep and when I was getting up to leave still not hot water. I did let the receptionist know the issue. I had to let the water run for 45 minutes in order for me to get hot water. I should get a free stay or something since I go constantly there to get to my work in another state.

Terrible!!!

I booked a king size bed. I'm 6'8". When I went up to the room I could tell immediately it wasn't a king. I went back down to the front desk. The lady at the desk shrugged her shoulders at me and told me they don't have any King beds in the building. When I spoke to a manager the next day. She was nasty and rude. Told me they have a disclaimer on the website saying they don't have any kings. I asked her if she could show me where it was. She couldn't!! No elevator to the second floor. Just a flight of stairs. The door at the top is supposed to be locked and only accessible by key. But it's broken. Very unsafe!! There are no microwaves in the room or any for you to use in the whole hotel. Beds only have 2 very flat pillows. The toilet seat in the bathroom had no lid. Very odd. Room keys repeatedly stop working. Up and down the stairs all weekend!!This has to be the worse hotel in whole area.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
