I was a guest with my wife on the 16th of May at that residence and we had a pretty bad experience, first no wifi and when I advised the people at the front desk, no one seemed to care, then we learn that there is no shuttle service to the airport as mentioned on their website.

And then at midnight, the cherry on top, there was an alarm that started in our room and I couldn’t stop it, not knowing if it was for a fire ? An emergency? I went at the reception the desk but nobody was there, only a phone number that I have tried to reach but got no answer…after an hour and a half of listening to that alarm, I took off the electric panel and shut off the breaker so only then that the alarm would stop but this meant we had no more lights. This is highly unacceptable and I will make a formal complaint to Expedia. I will be expecting a quick response from them (but nothing yet and it’s been over 4 hours) and I need more than an apology.
