It’s ok and one of the better ones for Red Roofs traveling with a dog we’ve stayed in. The doors need fixing - outside, hallway and room doors are out of whack and jam. Other than that, it’s surprisingly quiet and did the job for a one night stop.

The floor in the room had not even been swept. The sheets had a stain on them. The hallway leading to the rooms was filthy. You could hear EVERYTHING going on outside and inside the hotel. We slept terribly. Our air conditioning unit was broken and spat out black oily stuff multiple times through the night as it rattled and squealed.

beware of you get what you pay for
Coinvent transportation, near resort . many restaurants and stores near by. However, when come in room first habitually checking on the bed sheets, because places like this kind of roadside one night stay if not of a chain hotel , probably guests have to take the risk of finding not changed bedsheet. Indeed, found chip and bread crumbs on one of the bed. Asking for a new room and got an answer that would not guarantee clean bedsheets anyway. Instead, ,got new set of bedsheets and changed by myself. Front desk people and managers are nice to help ,though. .

Suited need. Get what you paid for.
We were on a roadtrip and just needed a place for us and the dog to take a break and get a night's sleep... Suited the need. Unfortunately, there ended up being a couple in a shouting match... In the hallway, stairwell & right outside our window... At 3 in the morning... Couldn't get back to sleep after that.
