Poor Customer Service Questionable Ethics
Im very disappointed with my stay. When I first got there i was told my card was decline. I kept explaining to him that it was not decline. I even showed him my bank statement. He told me to request a refund, but you guys told me it was non refundable. I asked him who i needed to call, he was giving little to no help at all until another couple walked in. They where African American like me. Im hoping this had nothing to do with our looks, but people are weird theses days.
He told them the sams thing about thier card was decided and they needed to ask for refund. Both the other guest and i finally got ahold with customer service.
When we told him you where going to call the hotel to make sure the payment went through he huffed and rolled his eyes. He said this is going to take forever. Finally at about 45 minutes to an hour, and vary little to no help from the hotel agent, he finally gave us keys.
When i got to the room the blankets where like sheets... The room almost looked empty. The booth table was loose.
When i finally got into bed , it was uncomfortable and i was cold... I ended up getting up and just going home... I was just out to get away for the night. I kinda wish I had just stayed home....
The whole experience was just disappointing
