Great Hotel but don't recommend the Bistro

Overall hotel staff was friendly and accommodations were nice. Bed mattress was kind of hard for my liking. Did have a poor experience at the Bistro unfortunately. Ordered Breakfast and it took almost an hour to get my food. This caused a significant delay in my travel plans. If I knew there would be such a delay I would have just went to a restaurant outside of the hotel for better service. Very disappointing. Also saw a moldy cake in their display case.

Bathroom sink! Still give 4 stars.

My only issue was with bathroom. The sink apparently has some blockage and water drained extremely slow. The only other issue was that one of the elevators was stuck on 3rd floor the entire weekend. Luckily there was a second elevator given I was on 4th floor!

The location is csntral. The hotel has ataff ossues. I was told to takw my own trash to the dumpster outside if i wanted it taken out. The elevators are alow and shock yoi every time you touch the buttons. The kitchen is chaos th cook has to take orders then go cook. Food was expensive and raw.

Good location, just okay overall

This was a great location if you want to be near downtown and the Riverwalk. It's right by the footbridge to downtown Columbus. The hotel doesn't offer free breakfast or parking. It was very unexpected to find out there is a daily parking fee. There is no microwave in the room. The refrigerator is very small. The bed (especially pillows) were not very comfortable. The TV situation had several capped wires sticking out, which as a builder I found very interesting to say the least. The staff was very friendly and did clean up a vomited-in trash can that had been left in the room before our stay. Overall this was just an okay stay. The location was great, but accommodations could have been more comfortable even for a medium quality hotel.
